If you are:
• An attorney, business owner, or other professional (representative) that party has hired to represent him or her on the case.
• A representative who is an existing Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) user, but not currently signed in.
• A representative the party provided with a copy of the court letter, email, or text with the court case number.
1. Go to the ODR site, sign in, and search for the case using the court case number that was provided by the client/party.
2. Select the case and confirm the selection.
3. The site will ask identify yourself on the case. Select I am the attorney or other representative (e.g business owner) for one of the parties. Then, select the party that you are representing.
