There are a few different ways to join the Online Dispute Resolution system. If the court does not send you an email invitation or phone invitation, you may try these steps and look for the following:
1. The user receives a letter from the court with instructions to go to the site to start the online dispute resolution (ODR) process. The letter includes the court case number.
OR
2. The user sees a sign in the court lobby with instructions to go to start the ODR process.
OR
3. This user does not know the court case number. This user may go to the Landing Page and click the "Start Here" option. Some courts may have the option to search for the Case Number on the court's website."
