Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is a web-based software platform that leads parties step-by-step through an online process to resolve disputes as quickly as possible, enable an online negotiation between the parties, and provide access to mediation if needed.
ODR was created to resolve time consuming disputes such as:
- Debt Claim
- Landlord/Tenant
- Small Claims
- Child Custody/ Parenting Plans
The software requires the use of an email address. The court decides if the case qualifies for Online Dispute Resolution and will set up the case/dispute in the software.
